MY Practice
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I offer effective outpatient therapy, individualized, psychological care for trauma, grief, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other diagnosis. I also work with veterans and first responders with PTSD, children, teens, offer parent coaching, and serve adults and teens on probation.
I have over 30 years of experience working in outpatient therapy, in-patient unit for suicidal teens, residential treatment center for struggling teens, schools with severe behaviors, juvenile justice, and probation.
I treat a number of mental health disorders and provide a neutral ground for people to work on difficult emotional challenges and help them rediscover their strengths within.

Treatment Focus
My focus is to help youth and adults heal, energize, and highlight and utilize inner strengths. Together, we achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to concerns, and customizing a treatment plan including family therapy, parent coaching, behavioral therapy, and trauma therapy. Mindfulness is an essential part of embodiment and it pairs with therapy to ensure long lasting change.

I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. To assure growth and safety, I am available to talk more than just during a once a week appointment time. Mental health activations can occur at anytime. My goal is to help you grow through your struggles, and heal from your pain. Together, we will work to move forward to where you want to be in your life.
